First method:

1. Remove and insert the battery.
2. Press and hold together Volume Up + Home + Power button.
3. When you see the logo Samsung release Power button.
4. When you see little man Android release the rest of buttons.
5. Then if you see recovery menu select option "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" with Volume buttons and confirm with Power button.
6. Scroll down to "Yes -- delete all user data" and confirm with Power button.
7. If the operation is completed select "Reboot System".

Second method:

1. Turn on the phone by using the Power button. 
2. Go to Settings and then to Backup & Reset.
3. Tap Factory data reset
4. Choose Reset phone and select Erase everything.
5. Well done!
